At iGRAPHX, our mission has always been to create a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer. Shipping and Processing

ALL items are made to order. Because we specialize in custom products, both processing and shipping times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. For larger or more complex custom orders, additional time may be needed. You’ll receive an update if processing exceeds the estimated window.  

Shipping times are based on the carrier (USPS) and your chosen method at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur, especially during peak seasons or holidays.

DISCLAIMER: iGRAPHX only ships within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Refunds and Returns

At iGRAPHX, every item is made with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless there is a mistake on our end. 
 

If there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, design mistake, or damaged product), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work to resolve it with one of the following:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS 

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must ship the item back to us within 7 days of approval​

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as iGRAPHX is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds (either partial or full, depending on the issue) will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.
