What is the "turn around time" for customized items?
Most custom items are processed within 3–7 business days. Some products may be completed in as little as 1 business day. If that applies to your order, you’ll receive an email notification, and your item will be shipped promptly. Likewise, if there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you by email as well.
Does iGRAPHX have a local pickup location?
iGRAPHX is based in Miami, Florida. If you’re local and prefer to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, we’ve got you covered!

Can I see a mock-up before my order is made?
Yes! Every custom order at iGRAPHX includes a digital mock-up as part of our process.
After your order is placed, we’ll email you a mock-up for approval before we begin production. This ensures you’re completely satisfied with the design before it’s made.
Please note: Production will not begin until we receive your approval. Delayed responses may result in a delay in processing and shipping your order
